	Yes We Roast Our Own Coffee! We’ve actually been roasting all of our coffee right here in Yellowknife since 1996. Our roaster used to be located in our main downtown location but we had to move due to a lack of space. Now we have all the space we want, but our beautiful roasting machine is tucked away out of sight. If you’ve ever wondered about that wonderful toasted coffee smell wafting through Frame Lake South, it’s just our roast master making magic happen. Through this website we will share with you our passion for the perfect roast!
	Yes We Love This City! Yellowknife has long labored in the shadows of other Northern Cities (who shall remain unnamed). Well, we’re here to tell you that Yellowknife blows them all away. There are great people in this town, doing great things. And of course, they are surrounded by a landscape that can only be described as breathtaking. Through this website we will showcase those people, and we will give you a window into life in our fine city.
